Returns Policy:

 


 

14 Day DEFECTIVE Exchange / RETURN Policy

 

Probroadcastsupply.com offers a 14 DAY EXCHANGE /  RETURN POLICY for products purchased directly from probroadcastsupply.com on an approved case by case basis provided that the product is returned in the original "SEALED, UNOPENED BOX. ProBroadcastsupply.com will charge a 25% restocking fee on any non defective  merchandise returned.   

 

 Probroadcastsupply.com will refuse any returned merchandise if items are not returned in the original “SEALED, UNOPENED BOX”.

 

Customers are responsible for insuring each return and all carrier shipping charges on the return. probroadcastsupply.com will not accept returns via any other carrier other than UPS or Fed Ex. Customer will e-mail the tracking number to info@probroadcastsupply.com within 24hrs of return pickup.

 

Due to various manufacturer restrictions and polices on merchandise returns, all sales are final. Customers must contact the manufacturer directly for product repairs or replacements:

 


All items being returned must get a return authorization number within 14 days of receipt of the item and prior to being shipped back. There is a 25% restocking fee on returned orders. Shipping charges must be pre-paid otherwise shipments will be refused. All items will be inspected to insure the product is returnable. Once approved for return the credit card will be credited the cost of the item excluding the shipping charges and restocking free. No returns will be accepted after 14 days of receipt. Customer assumes full responsibility for any return shipping.

 

Receiving Incorrect Merchandise: Please email info@probroadcastsupply.com. Please indicate "WRONG ITEM RECIEVED" in the subject line and let us know the item and item idetification code of the product you did receive.  We will immediately check it against stock and take care of any miss-ships that are sent.   This is very very rare as all items are scanned at the time of shipment to double check the item against the order.

 

 

 

Defective or DOA Merchandise Exchange: In cases the item is defective we (in most cases) will provide a pre paid shipping label for exchange of defective merchandise. This is only for EXCHANGE of defective merchandise.  Items will be inspected at time of return.

 

If the item appears to have obvious damaged by the carrier, immediately tell the driver you do not want to receive this package or we cannot file a damage claim. If a package looks suspiciously damaged, you can tell the driver to wait, and open it to make sure the contents are not damaged and if they are damaged refuse the package. 

 

Before we reship or refund the claim with the courier must be resolved.

 

 

 

Cancellations

Pre-Shipping Cancellations for In-Stock Orders:

Most orders placed with
probroadcastsupply.com that are "in-stock" usually ship within 1-5 business days. Because of this,
probroadcastsupply.com does not guarantee pre-shipping cancellations on any order('s) with "availibe" items.  Email us at info@probroadcastsupply.com as soon as possible. Most orders are transmitted almost immediately to our suppliers warehouses and we may not be able to cancel your order. If you cancel your order after we have placed our order with our suppliers, you will be refunded you purchase price minus a $5 processing fee.

 


Pre-Shipping Cancellations for "Backordered" Items:

 

Backordered items may ship at any time. Because of this, probroadcastsupply.com does not guarantee cancellations on any orders containing back order items. However, customers may submit a cancellation request for orders that have Backordered item’s by emails us at info@probroadcastsupply.com. Please allow 48 hours to ensure order has not shipped.


 

Refused or Unreachable Deliveries

If the shipment is "returned to shipper" or refused, Professional Broadcast Supply will credit the customer back less a 25% restocking fee. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.  If not all items are refused then only the items received back will be refunded. All orders that are refused are subject to a 25% restocking fee and shipping fees.
